The Summer Challenge 2026
The first Summer Challenge 2026 took place between July 11th and August 2nd 2026.
The new summer challenge format featured 30 existing but lesser repeated Mini Moonboard 2025 problems - with a tweak. The problems names and grades were only revealed to the participants after the comp.
The challenge was to find the problems you think you could climb and try as many of them as possible within the 3 weeks of the comp.
The lesser repeated a problem was, the more points were awarded for an ascent. This also meant the points for each problem changed dynamically during the comp, depending on the current number ascents of the problems.
